Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in our high-quality stickers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your stickers arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item by mistake.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the product has been used or altered.
2. Return Window
Notification: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
Inspection: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact us at shop@miidochannel.com with your order number and a clear photo and description of the issue.
Step 2: We will review your request and, if approved, provide detailed instructions for returning the item.
Step 3: For approved returns, please securely package the item. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Please note that any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if you receive a damaged or defective item. If an exchange is approved, we will send the replacement item at no additional cost.

6. International Shipping Considerations
Shipping Delays or Loss: For orders shipped internationally, please be aware that delays or losses can sometimes occur during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Customs and Import Fees: Any additional customs, import duties, or taxes incurred on returned shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping: International customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
